Take self-control of your body like AI taking control over your data.

Say, our life span is a traveling caravan, collecting stories from the events that take place from time to time. As we grow, for each mile covered, our intellect saves data to anticipate the next journey and create a hassle-free experience. In other words, as individuals, we know the pros and cons of a decision we make for the future. Nobody knows it better than our own body.

I never gave it a thought until I realized our mind, soul, and body strengths. And if we’re blessed with the superpowers, why not bring out the best call to action!

Our brain can store the data, analyze it, and share information from head to toe to coordinate subsequently for better run in the system. We’re capable of self-analysis, only when we comprehend well around our body’s nature. In fact, the human brain has been the main inspiration for artificial intelligence (AI) researchers for decades.

The relationship between AI we might observe every day and neuroscience research is not so obvious, yet the foundational approach is the same about the cognitive skills of a human brain.

In the meantime, we do face problems in everyday life, if not then, we self ask again. Where is the problem? Asking questions to yourself is a powerful tool towards self-reflection and introspection.

  1. Am I using my time wisely?
  2. Am I taking anything for granted?
  3. Am I employing a healthy perspective?
  4. Am I living true to myself? and many more.

Over-consumption of information by our body is why we fail to follow up with our own presence of mind, whereas, today, our phone surely knows our intuitions better than we do! The minds are tricked with the information we’ve been in contact, lately. Unfortunately, we’ve saturated our state of mind with the information that’s been served to us through scroll and swipe gestures. All sorts of information we consume as a source of entertainment are a set of painkillers prescribed from our society, and, overdose is never very helpful for our minds.

So, what do we do?

An interesting fact from science, our brain consists of about one billion neurons, (worth 1 billion$) Each neuron forms about 1,000 connections to other neurons, amounting to more than a trillion connections ( ie 1,000,000,000,000$). Imagine, being this rich and powerful! There’s a core reason why Billionaires are Billionaires. The transitional phase will be even more inspiring!

When we start questioning ourselves the right questions, we’d be in pursuit of self-discovery. To begin with, it all goes back to basics, like adapting good habits which are called building blocks to achieve success.

what we should actually do!

All habits can be changed into rich habits, like,

Only based on our daily habits, life will dictate itself.
